Coming from the campiest looks at the much talked-about Met Gala, we now move on to new major fashion moments courtesy of Cannes Film Festival. While it didn’t have a theme, most attendees this year noticeably had similar ideas about how they want their red carpet appearances to be: Dreamy, complete with big trains and huge, ball gown skirts. Essentially, All things princess-y. Hey, we’re not complaining. In fact, we’re living for it.

Elle Fanning
As Cannes’ youngest-ever jury member, Elle Fanning definitely brought youthful energy to the red carpet with her floral Valentino haute couture dress. She looked like an actual fairy princess, especially with the rosy lids and flushed cheeks, plus her wraparound milkmaid braid with fresh flowers. Yes, I’m talking about actual tiny daisies and roses in her plaits.
Araya Hargate
Thai actress Araya Hargate looked gorgeous in a sheer blue Versace dress with pastel floral appliqué. Chopard jewellery completed her look at the premiere of Les Misérables in Cannes.
Sririta Jensen
You may not be familiar with Danish-Thai model and actress Sririta Jensen, but we’re sure the gown she’s wearing is familiar to most of you. Our very own Michael Cinco is responsible for the pink, layered couture gown with a stunning train. A pink sapphire and diamond necklace from Avakian made the whole look even more regal.
Dilan Deniz
Cinderella, who? Turkish actress and model Dilan Çiçek Deniz looked like a dream in Hakaan Yıldırım. She complimented the look with stunning accessories by Messika Jewelry. No glass slippers—or curfew—for this princess though.
Barbara Meier
German model Barbara Meier definitely looked like royalty in this intricate nude Ziad Nakad gown with embellishments and feathered trimmings that continue to the long train. We’re definitely getting ice queen plus swan princess vibes here.

Polish actress Natalia Janoszek was a vision in red at the Cannes. Dressed in Polish brand Lou, she kept her whole look simple with minimal accessories, just a purse in a matching deep red color. She looked like royalty nonetheless. Very Princess Diaries if you ask me.
Julianne Moore
We’re sure Julianne turned heads at the opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival and premiere of The Dead Don’t Die. Her emerald green Dior Haute Couture, in deep contrast to the red carpet and the rich color of her hair, definitely got our attention. Not to mention, the blinding Chopard jewelry.
