IN PARTNERSHIP WITH QUAKER
Imagine this: Your three alarms go off and you “accidentally” snoozed all of them so you can get extra Z’s in the morning. When you fully wake up, you’ll realize you only have about two hours (even less) to get ready for work. How?!
Don’t panic! You just need to cut your prep time without compromising your work outfit, makeup, your breakfast, and your overall healthy morning lifestyle.
If you want to know how you can survive the morning and not be late to work, then read our tips below and pass it on to someone who needs it.
Stretching and cardio in a flash
Before you shower, you can sneak in a few minutes of stretching and cardio to wake your senses up. This can also help loosen your muscles after lying in bed for hours.
Quick showers
If you’re someone who takes 30-minute showers, you need to cut that down by 10 minutes max. If you shampooed your hair, you should skip drying it so you can run out the door quicker. (Tip: Do a messy bun or just go for the “I woke up like this” waves.)
Skip the makeup brushes
Need to do makeup in a flash? Opt for cream-based products you can easily blend with your fingers. You can also put on bright lipstick to add color to your face. Your inspo can be Alex’s look below.
Bring the makeup you need
You don’t have to do a full face at home. Just pack the products you need in a pouch and do your makeup in the car, or at your desk.
Have a quick and easy breakfast
No need to cook a whole meal—go for Quaker Oats oatmeal for breakfast. It also comes in two flavors: Chocolate and Banana & Honey, which will give you a delicious start to your day. All you need to do is put a couple cups of oatmeal in a bowl, add hot water, then mix—that easy! If you’re rushing to leave home, you can always pour some in a reusable container and bring it to work. You can just make a batch in your office pantry and eat your breakfast there. You can even have it as a midday snack.
It’s widely known that oatmeal is good for the heart. Aside from that, Quaker Oats is rich in fiber to help keep you full longer; protein to keep you energized; and beta-glucan to lower cholesterol. These are all the nutrients every working woman needs to keep them on their feet from nine to five.
Hydrate!
Never leave home without hydrating yourself, especially after eating breakfast. You’ll need to feel refreshed after rushing after all.

Overall, this will only take you about 30 minutes or less to get ready—without compromising your healthy morning habits. We hope these help!
