That’s right, Blinks, BLACKPINK’s mystery featured artist is none other than Selena Gomez.
This morning, Gomez confirmed the news on her Twitter account saying she’s “so SO excited” to announce their new song coming on Aug. 28.

We totally did not see this coming with our previous guesses including fellow pop queens Ariana Grande and Halsey, but, heck, this year’s music releases are just full of surprises. Selenators and Blinks dubbed the much-awaited collaboration as SELPINK and have already flooded the single’s pre-save link.

The upcoming single comes after BLACKPINK’s record-breaking comeback single “How You Like That?” and builds up to the group’s upcoming album dropping in October. Moreover, 2020 looks like a big year for Gomez as well, with her upcoming film co-produced with fellow “Wizards of Waverly Place” star David Henrie coming out on the same date as the SELPINK single.
While we still don’t have a song title or news of a music video, we can’t wait to see what type of concept the girls will be bringing on its release. Will there be a new dance craze coming too?
