Childbirth is a beautiful experience but getting to that point isn’t easy. The process itself can also be challenging for the mother. At the end of it all, she’s rewarded with a healthy baby but if you’re Kylie Jenner, you also get a new car. Yes, Travis Scott gifted her a Ferrari as her push present. Through the years, we’ve seen some really over the top push presents so this car isn’t that much of a surprise.

After giving birth to son Saint, Kim Kardashian got a diamond choker from hubby Kanye West. She wrote in her blog, “It only makes sense that [mums] get something amazing to show how amazing we are.” The necklace was a piece from American jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.
Ashlee Simpson
Push presents don’t always come in the form of jewelry. For Ashlee Simpson, it was a $4,000 Chanel bag. Husband Evan Ross got her the Chanel Graffiti messenger bag that she uses for the baby. In an Instagram post she wrote, “Baby bag heaven.”
Kristin Cavallari
Kristin also got a bag as her push present from husband Jay Cutler. In an interview with People in 2012 she said, “I got a gray Birkin bag. I was really excited about it. [Jay] did a good job.”
Kate Middleton
Before Kate Middleton gave birth to Prince George, Prince William made a stop at a department store to get her a gift. He passed by Harrods and bought one of their annual teddy bears. The perfect present that would look great in any nursery.
Beyoncé
To celebrate the birth of their daughter, Jay-Z gifted Beyoncé a blue 8-carat diamond ring. According to People, the ring costs an estimated $35,000. Since then, she has been spotted wearing it quite a lot, even matching it with blue nail polish.
