With the Royal Wedding coming sooner than you think, every single detail is scrutinized—who will walk Meghan Markle down the aisle, what meals will they serve at the reception, down to who made it to the exclusive guest list.
Rihanna briefly met Prince Harry back in 2016 for the Barbados National HIV/AIDS Commission event, they even shared a hug. But that didn’t mean that Rihanna expected a wedding invite, heck, she did not even know it’s happening real soon.
“So is it really coming up? Like, soon or something?”
“Yeah, in a week,” the reporter replied.
“Oh shoot!” she responded. “See, I need to stay on the Internet more.”
The reporter asked, “So you weren’t invited?”
And Rihanna was like, “Why would you even think I’m invited?”
“I don’t know. You met [Prince Harry].”
Then, Rihanna said jokingly, “Okay, you met me. You think you’re coming to my wedding?”
The reporter then said, “Maybe!” and Rihanna asks if she’s invited to hers. “I mean, you’ll get the invite.”

I mean c’mon, wasn’t that the best response you can even give when someone assumes you’ll get invited just because you briefly met and worked with the prince? Rihanna is one sensible girl—an inspiration to all of us!
