At the Preen HQ, we love weddings. Once wedding season kicks in, we’re always on the lookout for celebrity celebrations. From the setup to the guests, we love looking at the details. Our favorite part would have to be the wedding gown. Once we see the reveal and the bride walking down the aisle, we can’t help but look at the different details.
Before, we listed some of the celebrities’ favorite designers. Scrolling through Instagram you will also come across different local designers you can go to for your gown. You can can also have them design the dresses for your bridesmaids so that everything looks cohesive.
If you’re in the process of planning your wedding, consider tapping these designers for your gown.
Vania Romoff
Vania Romoff has beautiful ready-to-wear pieces that you could pick from for your wedding. If you have some elements that you want to see on your gown, she can also do a bespoke piece for you. Her designs have clean lines and whimsical elements like bows, flowers, and textured fabric. Her latest bridal collection featured long trains, deep V necklines, flower details, and beads.
Mark Bumgarner
Mark Bumgarner doesn’t just design dresses and clothes for formal events, he also creates wedding gowns. Remember Maxene Magalona’s church wedding dress? Yeah, Mark made that. His designs have dramatic details like a voluminous skirt, huge bow details, and cutouts. He also has this gown covered in ruffles. Now that’s making a statement.
Sassa Jimenez
Sassa Jimenez designs everyday pieces but she can make wedding gowns too. She can do something simple and clean like Saab Magalona’s second look at her wedding. And she can add drama too. Just look at the train on this dress for a recent client. Who wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle in that?
Julianne Syjuco
For you and your bridesmaids, Julianne Syjuco can design the gowns. Looking at her pieces, she likes to add texture. You can spot embroidery, feathers, and beaded embellishments. These, paired with classic silhouettes make for a very romantic wedding gown.
Rosenthal Tee
Rosenthal recently showed a number of pieces at the Marry Me Bridal show and there was a little bit of everything for every type of bride. The gowns featured slits, draped silk, and embroidery. These decadent designs are for the brides who really want to stand out, and who doesn’t want that?
Patricia Santos
Aside from designing gowns for Kathryn Bernardo, Claudia Barretto, and Megan Young, Patricia Santos also makes wedding gowns. One of her recent custom pieces with floral applique’s and swarovski crystals, is definitely a showstopper.
