Here at the Preen.ph HQ, we’re all about self-care. This doesn’t just mean taking a break and getting a massage, it also tackles taking care of yourself as a whole; making sure you’re healthy and strong.
However, we don’t just want to talk about it but rather give people a chance to experience it as well. So, for our latest installment of Preen Sessions, we decided to incorporate fitness into women’s routines. We invited ladies (and guys too) to join us for a quick but intense workout session at Flyweight. It’s a group boxing class that gets you pumped and helps you release some stress and aggression.
We were happy to have some lovely guests over like Patricia Prieto, Rhea Bue, Christine Patrimonio, Jackie Go, and Shari Macainag.
After breaking a sweat, we were treated to Life Force shots from Holy Carabao Farms. These were great to replenish our energy and get our daily dose antioxidants.
