Celebrity families are part of our entertainment fare. Think of how the Gutierrezes used it to their advantage, cashing in on a reality show like the Kardashians. There’s also the Barretto clan who has managed to conquer different aspects beyond the film and TV screen.
Apart from this, a lot of second generation celebrity children fill our feeds. Some have continued with their parents’ legacy in the same discipline, others have branched out, while a few are exploring what they can excel at.
Santino Rosales
After walking for the Manila Fashion Fest runways last week, we have a feeling Santino’s career is going to go stronger. The son of Jericho Rosales and Kai Palomares is currently under Professional Models Association of the Philippines. (PMAP)

We got to hang out with cool girl Kaila earlier this year. She is the daughter of John Estrada and Janice De Belen, but instead of choosing the acting route, Kaila stuck to modeling, getting first recognized when she became an SM Youth ambassador.
Chi Gibbs and Gabs Gibbs
The daughters of Janno Gibbs and Bing Loyzaga are always up to a lot of things. Chi is one half of clothing label Neon Island, something Gabs helps her out in via her know-how in graphic design. Together, they are also makeup junkies (In fact, Gabs is now abroad to further her makeup artist studies) and recently, they showed off that they can sing too.
Lovi Poe
Lovi, in case you forgot, is the daughter of the late great Fernando Poe Jr. and beauty queen Rowena Moran. Since starting out in showbiz, she’s been consistently in different projects. Last year, she was in the GMA soap opera Beautiful Strangers with Heart Evangelista while this year, she’s in the film Woke Up Like This with Vhong Navarro.
KC Concepcion
Another child of showbiz royalty is KC. She is the daughter of actor Gabby Concepcion and Mega Star Sharon Cuneta. Apart from being the one of the heirs of Sharon’s wealth, she’s done well for herself as she became the National Ambassador for the UN World Health Food Programme in 2008. She’s also continued to raise money for charity through KC’s Closet. Plus she’s a #fitspo with #TheKCFitnessDiary.
Iñigo Pascual
The young actor is quickly following the same career trail of dad Piolo Pascual. So far the 20-year-old has been nominated for a FAMAS Best Supporting Actor Award. You can watch his side by side with Piolo on ASAP as he shows off his other skills such as singing and dancing.
Isabelle Daza
You could say that before Isabelle became an It-girl, all eyes were on her mom who is actress and Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz. Isabelle paid homage to Gloria’s winning look earlier this year for Tim Yap’s birthday party. But Isabelle has been constantly making a name for herself with TV shows and even a stint as a swimwear designer.
Leila Alcasid
Leila left Austraila for a bit to explore this side of her world with her father Ogie Alcasid. On a father’s day tribute of ASAP, she sang along with other celebrity children. Since then, she’s nabbed a few other features and even made an appearance at the Star Magic Ball.
Luis Manzano
Luis Manzano clearly got his funny bone from dad Edu Manzano. And he’s been cashing in on it by hosting shows like I Can See Your Voice. But that’s not without projects such as All About Love and In My Life where he showed off his acting chops care of mom Vilma Santos.
Ria Atayde
Newcomer Ria Atayde is the daughter of actress Sylvia Sanchez. She recently wrapped up her soap opera My Dear Heart where she shared the screen with Heart Ramos, Coney Reyes, Zanjoe Marudo, and Bela Padilla.
